It was great seeing old friends and making new ones at the NACVSO conference in South Carolina this year. A special thank you to our Carolina friends and Virtual Veterans' customers, Chesterfield County and Edgefield County for making us feel welcome.
We talked to so many Service Officers at the conference we can only hope that we answered all your questions and concerns. If we missed something please call us or email us anytime at 800-839-9260 and support@replacepaper.com.
Our Programming Department is currently pulling together the final pieces that will be included in the next Virtual Veterans Service Pack. We have been busy creating and expanding a well appointed standard reporting pack for you that will include a built-in custom report writer. Virtual Veterans 5.07 will also include form revisions, corrections and additions. The improved functionality of the Virtual Records Management module or VRM will thrill the geeks in your IT Department. Version 5.07 will also include improvements in the Ratings and Awards screens.
DRM will be in Minnesota the week of September 8th to finalize data transfer and field test Minnesota State forms. The Minnesota Department of Veteran Affairs is a large enterprise and is currently running the Microsoft SQL version of Virtual Veterans.
Our schedule is tight in September but with a little luck we will be looking up our friends and customers, Billy and James from Brown County at the 2008 Texas Veterans Commission Fall Training Conference September 9th through the 12th in Fort Worth, TX. We Hope to See You There!
DRM will be in Wisconsin for their fall training conference the week of September 21st. Look for us!
